My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. I encountered a few issues during my stay that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed that my pyjamas were missing after the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Despite informing the reception, there was no follow-up or action taken to investigate the matter as promised.
Secondly, I found that the refrigerator drink was not replenished, and the cups and spoons were not replaced after the room was cleaned. This lack of attention to detail by the housekeeping team was quite noticeable.
Furthermore, the towels were not replaced, which was an inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, I experienced poor water supply in my room. The water was unstable and would become excessively hot after only a few minutes of use. Moreover, the water tap consistently emitted hot water, even when adjusted to the cold setting.
When it came time to check out, I had to specifically request the cancellation of the credit card deposit. Surprisingly, the hotel claimed to have no record of the deposit in their system. Fortunately, they found the manual slip as proof of the deposit, which served as necessary support in resolving the matter.
Considering these issues, my overall experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend staying there again. I believe it is important for the hotel management to address these concerns and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service provided to guests.
